Our team of trained care navigators do all sorts! They are the team you will speak to when you phone the surgery but they do much, much more. They take phone enquiries, review and respond to hundreds of emails every day, they process every letter, report and result that comes in, they manage the hundreds of daily prescription requests and they still keep smiling!

Amanda - the prescriptions expert! Any prescription issues - if it's the wrong amount, something unusual or you need to change your pharmacy, speak to Amanda. Denise - manages all the long term conditions appointments. If you have a chronic condition such as diabetes or heart disease, Denise will contact you at the right time for your yearly check-up.

You will appreciate that health data relating to any individual is highly confidential and the Practice must ensure that it releases such data only to the person to whom it relates, or to a person authorised to act on his or her behalf. The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) gives you the statutory right of access to any information, manual (paper) or computerised.
We welcome your comments on things we are doing well within the practice and also welcome your suggestions on things we can improve. If you would like to make a suggestion or provide us with any feedback. Your feedback is extremely important to us as it helps us to see what we are doing well at and areas for improvement.
The NHS want you to have the best possible experience of care. The NHS Friends and Family Test is a way of gathering your feedback, so we can continually review and improve our service to you. Your feedback will help us learn more about what you think of your experience - what you like and what you think we could improve.
If you've encountered healthcare recently, either as a patient yourself or as a carer or friend of another patient, we would like to hear about your experience. Your story will be handled confidentially by the non-profit service, Patient Opinion, and may appear (without your name) on their website.
We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive the Practice and our staff. PPGs offer a way for patients and practice staff to talk to each other, to share experiences and ideas, and to work together to improve patient experience at the practice. Doctors and practice staff cannot be registered at the practice they work in and so don't have the experience of actually being a patient there - Patients do!

Became a new patient last year, every Dr I’ve seen has been superb. Spent time discussing, never rushed.
Found the nurse lovely too, all have been “on the ball”, really impressed.

For anyone who is worried about a cervical smear test, I can definitely recommend this practice. I have had several over the years and this was the best experience I've had. Not embarrassing or painful in any way. Super quick too. I saw the nurse Marie. Please be reassured and go for the test!!

I called three times to receive an answer from the doctor there that never came. The receptionists are so unpolite, trying to get rid of you asap. That's why I decided to move to another practice.

I count myself as lucky to be a patient here. Dr Trans is my doctor. He is extremely observant and detected a cancerous growth on my face that other doctors had not picked up. I had it removed and am extremely grateful to him. He treats patients as people and this is very important because it allows you to build up a trust and rapport with him

I registered at this surgery 2 years ago, coming from Enfield & Haringey healthcare trust. I’d rather die than go back there, which I’m sure they offer as an option!
I’m pretty impressed with this practice, surprisingly! Appointments are often easily available on line. I don’t normally call for an appointment, but was recently given one on the same day and another time I got one on the following day. That’s pretty good in my opinion. If a GP is monitoring your condition, they call you back regularly for check ups, updates & medication reviews. Following up test results are a bit sloppy

Ive been going to see my diabetes nurse Marie. At the surgery on a monthly basis. Ive had so much encouragement and help from her. Im now just over 2stone lighter,Blood pressure is fine. I feel so much better. A big thank you!! I do not dare go back to my bad habits. For the telling off I would get. In the nicest possible way. Just what I needed. So keeping discipline up. And pushing for 3stone target. Thanks again. Tony Havis.

Not so good experience!! I had to go back and forth to see a doctor, don't get me wrong I can get an appointment quickly but not a diagnosis quick. My son who is 2yrs was suffering with a temperature over a month finally we had to take my son to the hospital witch they said that he had an ear infection. Just disappointed that the doctors couldn't diagnosed it.

I never have a problem getting an appointment. The Dr's and nurse always help me feel reassured and I always leave knowing my health is in good hands. My children are always made top priority and the reception staff (the majority) are really lovely.
A real gem!
