Firstly, I would like to say, I have found this a great place to be treated, the staff were, mostly, friendly. (I think the audiologist conducting my hearing test must have been having a bad day).
The reminder texts/calls the day before were useful.
Now to the glitches (& why it lost a star)
Parking - there are yellow lines, on the opposite side of the road but then, it is a residential area so some restrictions are needed.
A previous reviewer stated that non disabled people were parking in disabled spots, which is, of course, unacceptable. As long as it because they don't have blue badges

The people who work here, from the receptionists to the doctors themselves, are truly horrible. Since developing a very traumatic condition a year ago, they have done nothing but brush me off, patronise and make things more difficult for me. Doctors also refuse to keep their word when it came to offering me treatments: I’m still waiting on ‘therapy’ a year later…. eventually it became so upsetting I had to tell them I couldn’t do it anymore. Avoid at all costs - made me feel like utter rubbish.

Today 18/9/21 visits this centre and Doctor want to save NHS money rather then give a treatment. I have been holiday in 2018 and check up aboard my nose blockage there , Dr says I need surgery. Because of my holidays I can’t get surgery there. Dr check my Nose blocked this centre today and saying I have allergy no need Surgery. I think Dr need to focus on patient treatment rather then save NHS money. I am a big tax payer not sitting down at home person . I should get treatment properly. Thank you

Came here on 26th October for laser treatment on my eye after being referred by my optician. Only waited 2 weeks for the appointment. Staff very helpful and caring, Jenny the nurse talked me through the procedure then I saw Mr Chawa who was very professional. Parking can be a problem, I have a Blue Badge and there were two disabled parking bays, the cars parked in it had no Blue Badge! Had to park on single yellow line which is not a problem if you have a Blue badge, otherwise you have to park in Sainsbury's car park a little way down the road. All in all I was very satisfied with the treatment
