After this date, patients can access services by submitting an eConsultation through our website or NHS App. To order repeat prescriptions patients should use Patient Access on line services or NHS App. If you require support over the weekend (including bank holidays) you can still use the eConsult service for self-help and pharmacy advice regarding your condition.

Belvedere Medical Centre is a modern practice providing a comprehensive health care service with an ongoing commitment to healthcare education. We provide this in a well-equipped surgery with a well trained Primary Healthcare team enabling patients to make well informed decisions about their own health.
Services
Please note if you have opted out of data sharing you will not be able to be seen at the GP HUB. Children under 1 year old can not be seen at the GP HUB. The practice supports the NHS policy of zero tolerance with regard to violence or abuse directed towards the doctor, staff or others on the practice premises or other locations where treatment may take place.
The practice is able to request an interpretation service by prior request. This will require at least one weeks' notice to arrange as this is an external service provided by Bexley CCG. The trainees, as part of their training will be making video recordings of some of their consultations; this is a very useful teaching tool.
We encourage membership through posters in the waiting room and in our New Patient information pack. We have a notice on the PPG notice board and we actively encourage and welcome new members to attend our PPG meetings. A high proportion of our patients are of working age so it is difficult to arrange meetings at a mutually agreeable time, however, we would be willing to accommodate meetings in the evening if there was a demand for it.

Good Luck ever trying to get an appointment always pushed through the useless e consult. Real shame as it used to be very good.

Had blood test done at Queen Elizabeth hospital last Thursday, got a text on Friday saying the results were back and to call the clinic for an appointment. After waiting 35 minutes on the phone, basically being repeatedly told to hang up and go online, my call was eventually answered. The first appointment they could give me to discuss my results was the following Friday! This is a phone call appointment not even a face to face. I am waiting to start new meds, my old ones aren’t working and this is the best they can do. Years ago this was a wonderful practice. Small surgeries spread around Belvedere

Everyone is moaning about the doctors surgeries. But I can't praise them enough for all the help they have given to my husband and i after he was so ill. We first went to ae as it was out of hours for the doctors surgery and what the a joke the hospital was. We have seen Lauren and Viv and they have been brilliant. Thank you so much

AWFUL place!!!! Reception staff extremely rude and unhelpful! The message that is being played when you call them is so annoying that almost made me jump off the balcony. I wish they could answer why it is ok for hospital staff to see us FACE TO FACE, but useless GP's CAN'T????!!!! Disgusting !!!!

There's at least 3 or 4 receptionists in this practice sitting chatting away about their personal business whilst queue is outside the door. Absolutely disgusting attitude on to of that! You can never get through to the practice either ! Probably for same reason, busy chatting rather than answering the phone ! Currently been ringing the practice for the last 45mins, first was 7th in the queue and now the phone is just ringing through for the last 10mins and noone is answering !! Sort out your lazy receptionists please!

Unable to be in touch with them, there are 3 receptionists at all times, but they would not answer phone calls. If one answers and advises you of something, the next person will say something different. Also a letter was brought in, clearly addressed to the lead GP and i told the receptionist of the addressee, as i walked out, she opened my letter and read it. Luckily i managed to record this and I am in the process of action being taken against them for DPA breach. Avoid this practice.

Having just had my first face to face appointment with both a practice nurse and a doctor at this surgery, I cannot praise them enough. Vivianne, (the nurse) was really understanding, kind and professional and she really put me at ease. She is a real attribute to the practice. I then had a face to face appointment with the GP, Bridget, and once more I cannot fault the service and care I received.

The meet and greet at the counter by the receptionists is very poor for the Surgery Client Experience. I feel observations from senior leaders need to be applied so you can see the reality and were to improve the receptionists skill base on communication. I don't have the name of the one I observed but her hair colour may have been Ginger. Please support her to improve her skills. This will overall support your Surgery Ratings and experience.
