I am delighted to be Principal of Hartford Manor Primary School and Nursery alongside our Head of School, Mrs Diamond. It is a very special place, serving all of Hartford and its wider community. Education changes lives and I am passionate about ensuring all young people are given as many chances in life as possible.
We seek to ensure this through a broad education focused on academic success, excellence in terms of care and welfare, and ensuring their talents and achievements are recognised. When children leave Hartford Manor, I want them to be excited about the opportunities that exist for them and have the confidence and skills vital for success in life.

Learning links and builds upon previous experiences. The past comes to life when children use a variety of sources of information to find clues and evidence and take part in discussions with their peers.
We will have a Governing Body at Hartford Manor Primary School and Nursery which provides strategic direction, support and challenge so that we achieve the best outcomes for all the children. As a Governing Body, we are open and honest, using information, our training and skills to challenge constructively.
This is our school hall. We use it for assemblies, PE lessons, singing and at lunchtime. Some of our after school clubs also take place here. On Fridays parents are invited to a special celebration assembly, when children are given certificates and books for excellent work. We have a fantastic library at Hartford Manor.
