Waterfront Inn is family-run Guest House / B&B / Hotel with 7 bedrooms, all en-suite, 4 of which have seaviews and all offer bed and breakfast. We appreciate that our guests' enjoyment is the key to our success and we endeavour to offer high standards in customer service together with a personal touch.
At Waterfront Inn, we pride ourselves on providing our guests with a dining experience that is nothing short of exceptional. We do this by focusing our energy on the needs of our customers so that new customers become repeat customers. Much of our success is due in part to the warm ambience and delicious food but also our phenomenal staff.
We deliver a unique and professional service with premium Isle of Wight freshly roasted Costa Rican coffee beans and tea made by trained baristas. We think that provenance makes a lot difference to the process of brewing a great pint. So we work with the oldest Isle of Wight brewery and craft beer producers in the UK.

I will start by saying the soft play area at the back of the bar is no longer there.
It has been converted into a large game room downstairs and four fantastic additional B&B rooms upstairs.
Originally, I only saw photos of the rooms above the pub before renovation and never saw those after. However, we had the pleasure of staying in the room above the games room. It was fantastic, very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a great shower.
The location is great and despite being right in the heart of things, it was still quiet enough to leave windows open.
The breakfast was amazing

Absolutely loved our short stay at the Waterfront inn , on arrival the gentleman that spoke to me was very welcoming and helpful, so that was a wonderful start. The room we had was spotless and decorated beautifully, the bed was so comfortable, dinner and breakfast were so delicious. Great play area for the kids , perfect location, just can't fault our stay at all.

Stayed here for 1 night 5th August.Room was lovely, so clean and fresh as was the bathroom. Hospitality tray was very well stocked and came with two biscuits!
Had a carvery in the evening which was so lovely and although it was served up for you my plate was huge.
I won't hesitate to recommend The Waterfront or to book again.

What a find!
We came for the May Day Bank Holiday and stayed two nights. Our room was right at the back and wasn't anything fancy, given that it was the last available was still comfortable. All of the others looked to be of higher standard. They had a live band that played until 11am both nights, so the front rooms should be avoided if you want an early night.
The best area is the terrace area which faces out onto the sea, even though it was early May it was a suntrap and warm enough to sit outside with drinks in the evening. We had breakfast both mornings and dinner there one of the nights

We stayed at the Waterfront Inn this summer and it was wonderful. On a warm summer's evening you can sit on the terrace/patio/decking with a cold drink and watch the sea and the moonlight. During the day you are a stone's throw from the beach. You have to cross the small road, the pavement and then you are on the beach it couldn't be much closer.
The rooms are comfortable. The food is good. The staff are very friendly and the owners very welcoming. They even accept dogs.
