We're really proud of our suppliers here at the Charles Street Tap Bar & Bistro. Our charcuterie is from Hampshire, our cheeses are all locally produced and the potatoes for our chips are from our friend Jake's farm. Nearly everything is made in house, from our burger buns and desserts to our hand rolled pasta.

We hope you enjoy eating it as much as we've enjoyed creating it. 6th Takeawy - we can't keep away! The food is just delicious. I hate paying for food when it tastes like something I could manage to cook myself - this is so superior. I'd go as far as saying that it's the best I've bought in a long time.

Nice enough place, great beer selection. To be fair only use it as a pit stop before watching football further south but will need to find a different venue now as they've stopped showing the sport.

We had a chicken, bacon and leek pie tonight and it was really delicious! The size and the filling was generous and tasty and pastry was excellent. Will definitely be ordering again.

A great venue for eating and drinking. My wife and I had a Roast beef Sunday lunch yesterday 25.10.20, although the meat was plentiful and tender and the roast potatoes were lovely as was the cauliflower cheese, unfortunately they let themselves down serving the meal on cold plates (?) and being a bit mean on the gravy (although we did get some more albeit not a lot more) and the carrot and cabbage were a bit sparse as well. Plus, we are in/under Covid restrictions and therefore table service only, but the staff were not very attentive. For that reason no tip was left & they have been marked down

Took my mum out to dinner on the first night after lockdown 2. It was spotlessly clean, really friendly and attentive staff, and they had a great menu. We had a burger and a pasta dish and they were both delicious - very generous portions too! A really nice experience.

Tonight for dinner we had their cook at home chicken, leek & bacon pie and beef & pork lasagne - it was incredible!! Such an swift service and it was absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to try their roast soon!!! Thank you guys 🤩

My favourite pub in Petersfield. Really lovely vibe every time I've been. Lots of live music, good selection of drinks and friendly service, what more do you need from a pub!? Oh they have a good selection of food to boot!

Really great bar! Good quality and well priced food, a really nice atmosphere. We visit most weeks and enjoy the pub quiz on a Monday, despite never winning!
