Mid Covid 2020 my hours were significantly reduced at work, i had a daughter and a mortgage and of course general house hold bills to make. Like many I was in a state of panic and knew I had to try my best to manage everything. Not a good bank at all. When you communicate with them it doesn't feel like you are talking to a bank but rather bunch of arrogant unprofessional.
I called them for a simple bank transfer, I thought it would take few minutes with some security questions but ended up 45 mins on the phone trying to answer rather personal questions such as where will I spend my money on (??) and who is the transfer is for (??) and so on.. and he told me if it was towards paying a bill he would not able to process the transfer!! What??! I thought that was very odd. Far too many questions for a couple of hundred pounds

This company belongs to peaky blinders, you shouldn’t apply for any credit with them. Financial authority should look into their business reviews. I didn’t exceed my credit limit and they are charging me £12 over limit fees!! What the hack, where do you get this approval!! Also the interest rates of change looks very doggy. Please stay away from them. Over the phone they say different interest charge but when you get the card you will see different rate of interest. No regulation

Contrary to other reviews I must say during the pandemic I have been dealt with in a very understanding and professional manner. I was so impressed with Gardene who called me to deal with my missed payment (best customer service employee I ever dealt with!) and I must admit I only played ball and agreed to a payment plan because of her absolute sincerity and super customer service skills. Can her manager/supervisor take note and encourage/promote employees such as her. If you did this maybe your reviews on Google will improve!
