They provided me with finance for a caravan then shortly after a problem incurred with damp when i tried to get the problem sorted they lied to try & fob me off. One year down the line & they caravan was returned had to go through the financial ombudsmen service. AVOID!!!

What they have not mentioned (how conveniently) is the first report that was done they did not do a damp report after they apparently had the repairs done. How can they know its damp free without a damp report? What they should of said after the 2nd report was carried out (which
