BE VERY CAUTIOUS WITH THIS COMPANY.
Staff are friendly and professional, but can be pushy with sales. Feed you lies, we purchased a car in November. Within a few days the TPS showed up on the dashboard, we were blamed for this. On the 14th January we had a car crash, our breaks failed the abs failed. Luckily his was able to slow the car down to 10mph. The car is now a total loss. When bought we were told not to do checks as they had already been done, mot was clear. We got no history with it, if you do find

I recently called in to enquire about finance through the car loan centre. Unfortunately I wasn't able to go through with acquiring the car, however I received absolutely pristine customer service from a lovely guy called Perry, was very informative and cheerful! Thank you so much to Craig and Aaron they were quick, reliable and friendly! Everything was sorted within a week including the delivery of my Audi A1😁 all the way from Manchester. A journey that’s 3/4 hours and the car was with me by lunchtime. I never thought I’d be able to drive the car I’ve been obsessing about. The service they provided was outstanding. I’m so grateful, everyone I spoke to from the whole company was respectful and professional and still able to have a laugh including the man that delivered the car, he was careful with my new baby and thorough with the paperwork.

The car loan centre helped me when no one else would! I was bankrupt around 3 years ago but I earn a good wage now and after tirelessly searching for a car I wanted on finance I was starting to give up hope! I was worried about applying at first but I’m so pleased I did! I am due to collect my car on Saturday and I Can’t wait. The sales advisor Victoria Ryan is AMAZING. She went above and beyond to make me happy and make sure the car I choose was perfect for me. She answered the many questions I had even after office hours, nothing was too much trouble. So happy to finally find a finance company

Would actually recommend this company, especially Brad as he went above and beyond to make sure I had a vehicle on the road. The car I originally pick wasn't ready in time for when I needed to be on the road but he managed to find me an even better car than I originally pick. Highly thankful and highly recommended. Bradley was great taking me through the whole process,kept me up to date as to what was happening with the car & when it would be ready. He explained everything regarding the finance & the extended 5 star warranty. Got my car delivered today as expected & it has been prepped to an excellent standard.
