Great ! Ordered Late Monday afternoon, arrived Thursday as expected After placing order I never received email confirmation so dropped them a message on Facebook to query my
order and got a very quick reply confirming my order had been received ant that they had been experiencing problems with their email that my order had been dispatched. So very satisfied and will definitely use again.

Bought Laguna 10000 flo kit. Pump and filter both supplied with no plug.
EU regulations require electrical items to be supplied with a plug fitted. So where’s my pump and filter from?
Update having checked with other suppliers. I was inaccurate in my initial review. Therefore I feel credit is due to the company selling at a very competitive price. The system has been running now 3 months continuously with no issues.
So I have changed my rating to 5 stars to reflect I was wrong.

Bought a vision mo1 bird cage that arrived today and I'm so glad I did. It's perfect easy to assemble and very sturdy. I thought I had some missing parts (part F) so i phoned the contact number and the woman who answered was very helpful and said she will post the parts straight away which was great. After building the cage I realised there was no missing parts (mistake on my behalf) so I phoned her back to explain and she said she realised that and was going to phone me back. 5star service and great bird cage which I would happily recommend
