After years of using chainstore opticians on the High Street and being generally unimpressed with the service they offer I searched my area for an alternative. Thankfully I came across Kensington Heights. As soon as I entered the store Bijal and Fabia made me feel welcome and at ease. Bijals diligence, professionalism and competence were immediately obvious. The aftercare is exceptional and I have no hesitation in recommending Kensington Heights.

Once again had a very good experience with Kensington Heights. Bijal really takes his time when carrying out the eye tests and explains exactly how eyesight has changed over time and what the new requirements are. The new prescription lenses are perfect and I'm very happy with my new glasses, especially as over time I've gone from just needing them for reading and computer work to wearing them pretty much all the time. It's been a smooth transition.

We have been going to Kensington Heights Opticians for 6 years now and they are always incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We started going when my daughter was 8 and over time the whole family has now used they services fir one reason and another. I have started wearing glasses myself. I would definitely recommend and Mr Shah is experienced, thorough and always puts us at ease.

Having starting to wear glasses 12 years ago, I have tried a number of opticians and can safely say that Kensington Heights beat everyone of them hands down. Mr Shah is professional, friendly, informative, caring and just very easy to get on with. A true gentleman.
I initially went in for glasses and the returned for contact lenses. I have had many issue with contacts in the past, however, after 20 minutes in the care of Mr Shah, all those issues have been put to rest, from fitting the lenses comfortably and efficiently to comfort and good fitting. I’d given up on lenses as no one could find
