At Optique, we are very pleased to be able to provide our patients with an Optomap Eye Examination. An Optomap is a state of the art, ultra wide-field digital imaging of the retina of the eyes. The retina is the light sensitive lining within the eyes which allows you to see well. Assessing the health of the retina is a very essential part of an eye examination.

I've been going to Optique for years. Hitesh and his wife Nita are experts in the field and extremely knowledgeable. The customer care they and their assistance Feyi and Tina give is also excellent. Thrilled with my new Varilux Transition lenses. They have a lovely range of styles and colours. Very happy.

I had an excellent experience at Optique and couldn't recommend booking an eye test here more. Medical appointments of any kind tend to make me nervous, but the team were so calm and welcoming that it put me at ease as soon as I stepped through the door. Through my eye test (and contact lens check-up) I received a very professional, informative service; great value for money considering how many components there were to the assessments themselves. I will be going back for sure!

I have been going to optique since I was a kid - I love that it is a family run business, everyone really cares and goes above and beyond any high street opticians ever would.
I most recently bought a pair of transitions light intelligent mirrored lenses in green to be fitted into a pair of green frames. I love them so much! Not only do I have a great new pair of fashionable glasses but on sunny days they turn into aviator style sunglasses with green/ gold mirrored lenses. My eyes have never felt so fashionable or comfortable! Thanks so much Nita, Hitesh and Feyi!

I am delighted to recommend the service I have received from Hitesh and Nita Shah at their clinic in Battersea. I have been to various opticians over the years - some good, some just so so. However, my recent experience at this small independent practice has been superb. Hitesh performed a very detailed examination and assessment using top class equipment and provided very clear explanations and answers to my queries. My prescription has changed, but there was none of the all too frequent sales pressure to buy expensive new frames. We discussed what I had in mind - replacement of an ageing lightweight
