Buying my first campervan I couldn’t have wished for better service. Answered all my (no doubt daft!) questions happily. At no point did I feel pressured to just buy, always happy giving information to help make a decision.
The design of the camper was also the best I could find; I wanted small van to drive but I wanted as much space inside - my Zest gives me this & so impressive to hear they are designed, built & sold by Leisuredrive on site. I bought a used van with new conversion and the extent to which Leisuredrive help make sure the used base van is all good is impressive and with the warranties

My wife and I drove up to leisure drive to have a look around and to just get an idea of what would suit us best. We met with Frank who gave us a tour around a T6 newly converted van. His knowledge was great and we felt really easy with him, no pressure sales, also he was a fellow Salfordian! Stewart joined us to give more information on the van. 1 coffee later and we had bought her “Stevie”!
We are delighted with the service and the way you answered our sometimes silly questions. Paul was great during the handover and he genuinely wants you to have a trouble free experience.

A few days ago the handle on the elevating roof of my campervan broke. Although I had bought the van after it had been converted by Leisuredrive I contacted them to see if they could help me find a replacement handle. They responded immediately and provided a replacement free of charge. My thanks to them and congratulations on great service.

Rang asking about a dometic stove and wash basin problem. I had been recommended Leisuredrive... I was asked did you get the van from us? Which I didn’t but I’m wanting to pay you for a repair that I know you can do. Told sorry we don’t help. Really unhelpful. Would not recommend sorry

Fabulous service at LeisureDrive. Stewart, our salesman, was extremely helpful and not at all pushy. He gave us expert advice about our purchase and answered all our questions about the gadgets and gizmos on the van. I even got to meet the legendary Derek who helped me park the van once I had returned from my test drive. The only problem my wife and I now have is having to wait a month until they build our van. :) But there's lots of shopping and trip-planning to be done until then.

We bought from LeisureDrive partly because they said they offered an after sales and repair service should we ever need this. It is clearly stated on their website that they can repair more or less anything.… After ringing them to enquire about some repairs needing doing I was asked to drop them an email about what was needed. I received a very curt email back. “We can’t help”. I rang and spoke with the owner Derek Andrews and queried why they couldn’t offer repairs when they had told me at the point of sale that they could AND it is on their website. He just said

Great van that uses every bit of space for storage. The van has turned one or two heads and people agree it is a good conversion.
All staff at Leisuredrive have been most helpful.
Wanted 2 single beds but you can have a double.

I have taken delivery of my newly converted van. It was delivered to my house and I can’t wait to use it. The handover was good with the use of the videos and help is also on hand. The finish is very good . It was good to have pictures and a video of the van before hand over. Looking forward to meeting more Vivantes! Thank to all staff.

Buying and owning a Leisure Drive vehicle has been an excellent experience. Throughout the buying process, service and habitation checks and then when we ready to change vehicles nothing was too much trouble. Stewart answered all our queries during sales. Special mention must also go to Paul Hewitt who looked after us throughout our after sales support and did an excellent handover.

We picked Leisuredrive to buy a camper from for a few reasons. Firstly I wanted a rear kitchen so that I could make a cuppa etc whilst the beds were made up. We also loved the full size toilet in the rear which means that you can have a private wee by pulling down the blind that separates the beds/seats and kitchen area. Works really well for a night-time wee! They have been doing this rear kitchen for ages so the design uses every nook and cranny. The seats fold down really well to make the beds downstairs - me and husband like a softer bed though so we bought 2inch memory foam toppers. We have

Very professional team. They were very keen to ensure I was happy with the van before I put down a deposit. They spent 2hours with me going through the van explaining how everything worked. I would and already have recommended Leisuredrive.

Researched buying a campervan and visited several places before finding this gem. Love how they take you through the manufacturing process first. They’re always willing to help, with customer service how it should be, wish every company was like them. I love my Leisuredrive Lifestyle van.

Took my 29 year old Leisuredrive Renault trafic in today for a new 3 way fridge . cannot praise their professionalism and friendly attitude . could not do enough to help and advise . highly recommend Derek the owner and his team who clearly love what they do . a credit to British industry and a lot of businesses could learn a lot about customer service from them.
