Wolverhampton Branch - Check Your Campervan Before Leaving!
I had to sign an agreement that I'd be fined £200 for not emptying/cleaning the toilette cassette. This was my complaint that has not been resolved;
1) Toilet Cassette - After minimal use I emptied it as a precaution at the first opportunity, as it had been smelly and appeared full. Upon emptying, there was a horrible green mess inside with a lot of solids that took some removing and smelt horrible. I don’t believe the cassette had been emptied since the vehicles previous use before

Rented an Autotrail Ducato from these guys. Good value and super nice fellas! They rent cars and vans too and that I think is their bread and butter, so not a pro camper van shop. Had a few tech hitches at pick up which confused us all but all good and the van did not miss a beat all week. Would have been nice to have had an 'idiots guide' for the tech done, the missus thought it could have been a tad cleaner, but would use again.
