Welcome to Crossleys service page, here you will find the information you require regarding the service requirements of your vehicle, be it a caravan or motorhome. Your vehicle will operate at its best if serviced annually, this is not money making nonsense, it is a true fact. Without annual servicing your vehicle may and probably will deteriorate quickly.
Should you suffer an accident (Be it your fault or not), contact your insurance company as soon as possible. Report the incident to them and ask for a claim form. You will then require a repair estimate. Please contact our office by telephone or email. We may be able to forward your estimate without seeing your caravan or motorhome.

Having completed with ease, the compulsory training at Bailey Caravans in Bristol, which in itself is a condition of parts supply and repair authority. It was not very long before we got our hands on one of Baileys new models. As you can see from the photographs shown below, the all new Alu-Tech system proved light work for our team of expert repair technicians.

I'm absolutely delighted that I took my motorhome to Crossleys for repair recently. They were very welcoming, told me exactly what they would be doing and provided an accurate estimate of the cost. The work itself is outstanding. You honestly can't see where it was damaged. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Had a bump to the rear of my caravan, got some quotes for an insurance claim. Crossleys came out best quote. Very informative at first with sourcing the parts etc, got a call to book the van in for approximately 10 days work. Dropped van off on a Friday and waited for a call, no call? After 13 working days I emailed to enquire if and when my van was ready, they emailed back they were half way through job should be ready by Friday as we were booked on a caravan site for the weekend. Total three weeks at their yard. By this time I’d cancelled the weekend away as I wasn’t confident the van would

My caravan was broken into and Crossleys have completed the extensive repairs to an exceptional standard. They have also completed substantial warranty repairs and I can honestly say that the caravan is now better than when we bought it new, as they upgraded parts(such as the panoramic sunroof to the newest model.
The customer care I received was second to none and I am simply blown away by the extent that Crossleys went to in their efforts to ensure that I was happy with the quality of their workmanship. This is a company that go way beyond the extra mile to ensure that customers drive away happy

Many thanks to the staff at Crossleys for getting my caravan sorted.
It wasn’t the easiest of jobs by all accounts but they kept me up to date with what was going to be required.
I’ve been taking my caravan for it’s regular service for some years now and have never been disappointed or let down.

I have picked up my caravan today and must say that impressed wasn't enough of a word. I had recently purchased the caravan from new and caught the back of it whilst pulling out of a site and caused damage as per the photo's. gutted was an understatement. my own fault though. I contacted Crossley Coachcraft as they were recommended and approved by our insurance company. I dealt with Gavin and have to say he was very professional throughout. When I picked the caravan up I didn't expect how good the quality was, you couldn't see any trace of the damage, the pictures should speak for themselves. Thank
