When getting our caravan out to go away our automatic levelling system stopped working. We rang E&P Hydraulics who arranged for us to call en route to our weekend away (it was on the way) they replaced without question the remote for the SLS and sent us on our way. What a fantastic company. Their customer service was second to none. Thanks to Chris and team. X the coffee was most welcome Mr and Mrs Ackroyd

Had issues with the touch screen remote, due to COVID restrictions I didn’t expect such a quick turnaround. Both issues sorted and a new touch screen sent out next day .I would like to thank Paul and Chris for there help and a company with very good customer service

I have spent over £7000 with this company. Even though the general manager told me there was a known fault with a batch of remotes and my remote control for the hydraulics had become faulty and in that batch too, they wouldn’t replace it as out of warranty by 2 months. So guess what, I have just had air suspension fitted to my Cartago tag via another company who were £100 more expensive than E&P but you guys have let me down and lost a customer for life. Totally poor customer relations.
