Absolutely recommend Emm-Bee Motorhomes, bought caravans in the past from different dealerships and took the plunge and bought a Motorhome, to me the service was A1 had 2 minor problems with Van which were dealt with straight away, Thanks to Craig and Amanda and service people for making this a good experience, I will return if we decide to buy again, thanks all

Travelled 200 miles to find the motorhome I wanted wasn't as expected. Things broken and worn. Tried to negotiate a better deal. Told by the sales man take it or leave it. They won't repair cosmetics and They won't knock another fiver off. They told me another couple had finance accepted on it and I had to make the decision there and then. To try make me feel better and I quote him he said "its the truth it isn't pressure selling as I don't do that" Yet 3 months down the line the motorhome is still available online. What happened to this couple that went to the trouble of getting finance approved

Moved back to the area only to find that my local Chausson dealership is not accepting existing Chausson customers, since there aren't many Chausson dealerships anyway I would not recommend saddling yourself with a motorhome warranty that is effectively useless. Very odd behaviour for a business to not provide any customer service.

Visited for the first time yesterday. The staff were very friendly and made my husband and I very welcome. We were invited to look round the site ourselves and to check out all the motor homes we wanted to. There was no pressure from the staff and I would feel happy to buy from this company in the future.

Really nice people to deal with. Helpful in every way, we are always made welcome and all the staff take time to talk to you and care about the service they provide.
Our motorhome has been in for a small repair. No problems at all. Amanda had everything ready and kept us updated on where the repair was up to. We were made comfortable with drinks provided.
We had 14 motorhomes over the years from all the well known dealers.
We must say that without doubt emmbee motorhomes in Bury are the best company we have ever dealt with.
When we decide to change again we will definatly go to emmbee motorhomes
