Fantastic experience here with Oval Eyes! I was a complete novice when it came to getting glasses (these were my 1st ever pair) and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The provided lots of advice on different styles at different price points and let me try on a wide variety of pairs before providing their opinion on which worked and which didn't. I went to a range of other opticians in the area but Oval Eyes were my favourite in terms of value and range available. When I finally committed to a pair, they provided lots of additional advice and the glasses came very quickly indeed. In

Incredibly patient and professional service. Despite things not quite working out due to no one’s fault really, Fiona was kind and helpful throughout, going out of her way to make up for it. Natalia is clearly experienced and pays attention to detail as well. Highly recommended and I’m grateful for their professionalism and motto of wanting customers to be happy even under less than ideal circumstances.

Fantastic opticians with really lovely members of staff. Not only was the exam the most thorough I’ve ever had, but the customer service is amazing. They evidently put the customer first, as demonstrated when I changed my mind about glass ordered the next day. I don’t think any other opticians would have been as accommodating for my annoyingly poor decision making! Definitely recommend.

I scheduled an appointment for an eye test and ended up ordering contact lenses through them. The eye test was extremely thorough. I've been wearing contact lenses for close to 8-9 years, but ended up ordering a considerably more comfortable brand through them. I didn't have the impression that they were trying to upsell anything - the overall customer service was great and reasonably priced.
