Our Spanish and Portuguese speaking staff are available to assist our local and international communities. We offer free eye-tests for children and the over 60's as well as on-site visits to local businesses in SW8 and SW9. Services
Trying the frames on is the best way of determining the correct style, and plays a huge part in the optical requirements of the frame itself. Individual optical prescriptions affect the outcome of the optical lenses and so we can advise you on which frame or style will give you both good looking products and excellent vision.
For patients unable to attend our clinics in practice we can visit you at your home, and with portable equipment be able to perform a full sight test. We also carry an extensive range of spectacles with different frame materials and designs to choose from. Once the spectacles have been made, we will hand deliver these spectacles directly to you.
Once a month, we hold a FREE specialist service with Nabil Uddin, an Orthoptist who diagnoses and treats children's vision development issues and squints. If you have concerns regarding your child's vision, ability to read and coordination of their eyes, we can help. Does your child spend too much time in front of a screen or phone?

Staff mislead their patients with genuine concerns. Booked me in for an appointment and when I got there I was told i would have to come back later all because "J" wanted to fit in an extra client knowing there were no vacancies for this time. It was explained that I needed an appointment for that morning and that if it was not possible for the requested time I would call elsewhere. Staff are not very friendly at all and unhelpful. I would not reccomend this place. There are plenty of other pharmacies and opticians in the area.

Great friendly opticians! I visited for a Minor Eye Conditions Service (MECS) appointment. The 3 members of staff who helped me were all very professional and reassuring. The hygiene and COVID-19 precautions were great. If I'm still based in Lambeth, I'll definitely come here for future eye tests. Thanks Medirex opticians team 👓
