YouinMind.org is an online platform helping you find mental health and wellbeing services in Cheshire. The platform was created by Kate Carney in 2017. Simple in design and easy to use, YouinMind.org is designed to connect those with mental health needs with local providers and online resources that they would otherwise be unable to find.
Whether you're looking for professional support like counselling or wish to join a community group to improve your wellbeing, there's something for everything on our website. Search by condition and postcode to discover suitable services near you. We know that finding the right support can be a challenge; that's why our platform is dedicated to signposting you to relevant services.

Services
Funded by the NHS organisations across Cheshire and working in partnership with mental health providers, community groups and online services, You in Mind has been created so you can easily find professional services, sports & exercise, community groups or local events. In addition to local services, we also list virtual services for mental support, such as helpline numbers and online resources about conditions.
Please note, we don't provide any mental health services directly, we simply make the services and organisations which offer support, easier to find. If you have any questions about a specific service, please contact the provider directly or if you have further questions, please contact your local NHS CCG or Local Authority.
Whatever you're going through, you can call the Samaritans for free at any time, from any phone. Just dial: 116 123 They're available to offer support 24/7 every single day of the year. If you need a response immediately, it's best to call on the phone, otherwise you can email them, visit a local branch or write to them.
