For over 18 months I have been having to put up with Anti Social Behaviour from one of Brighter Futures Service Users, that lives in the flat above me. He plays loud Punk Rock music at anytime during the day or night. He also smokes high strength Cannabis without tobacco, which leads to him having psychotic episodes, where he bangs and crashes around his flat, which remember, is above my flat. I tried mediation, with the Service User and have even helped him out on a couple of occasions but he has thrown all of that back in my face. He has even made a utilimatum to me, that if I don’t allow him

Excellent support and a very good chance of bettering your life if your working towards goals I'm very grateful for the opportunity that I have been given, but their is a maintenance worker that has come to my flat on a number of occasions with a bad attitude left me wondering if I offended him in a previous life all the others are very polite and respectful

I'm rating this 5* because the support they give is outstanding. I remember the first time I joined I was very quiet and shy and Sat in a corner colouring . It took a lovely support worker to introduce me to a girl who became my best friend then i gained more friend. Then it seems that I got my friends into colouring. Then I started doing 5d… diamond painting and my friends and other people took it up as well. I started volunteering which i love doing dearly. Sometimes I have to ask a support worker how well am I doing? Because sometimes when i get something negative in my head I can start

This review is for new days only , i personally would recommend for their work shop and other things like that !! I was going to go here myself until i witnessed the way my son was treated , mental health is a sensitive issue and should be treated that way if people are going to move on in their life , you need a total understanding and this didn't seem to be happening , staff shortage is another issue !! I think they definitely need to look at the way are running new days !!
