At Accomco, we know how stressful finding decent student accommodation can be. With this in mind, we'd like to make the process of finding your ideal student home as pain-free as possible. We also know that for many customers, this might be the first time you have ever rented: It's our mission to make the process easy.
Here at Accomco, we know that whilst our customers are all university students, it is often their parents or guardians that will be doing the paying. This section has been created in order to answer the questions we are often asked by you. We rented our first property in Southampton in 2003. Since then, our professional service and attention to the needs of our tenants have ensured high rates of occupancy and customer satisfaction. Unsurprisingly, these very basic business values have translated into healthy profitability: Since 2009 our net pre-tax profit margin (after interest payments) has averaged 60% of turnover.
Until now, we at Accomco have concentrated on investing in our own properties. We are now on the look out for quality portfolios or individual properties in Southampton to take-on on a fully-managed basis. We do not propose rock-bottom fees for a rock-bottom service, pushy salespeople or lurid vehicles.
