With 38 single rooms and 6 shared rooms, William Temple House is home to 50 full-time students from all over the world and of many faiths and none. Our accommodation is a self-catering accommodation in London open to full-time students aged between 18 and 30. William Temple House is rare among student houses - big enough that you'll meet many new people, but small enough to create a real sense of community.
We select candidates (regardless of their background) in order to create a varied household from all over the world and many different academic disciplines. We also have a commitment to organising regular events, particularly those suggested by residents, including themed film nights, trips to the theatre and walks in the countryside.

William Temple House is both a hidden gem and a sanctuary for students in London. Driven by a genuine passion for making the student experience here a positive one, residents are cared for- not exploited. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the staff allows you to build a community of friends from all over the world, without all the stresses accommodation can bring.
The following fees apply for stays of 16 weeks or more and are all-inclusive of electricity, heating, water and wi-fi. Long term residency is usually for at least one complete academic year, and for full time students only. The following fees apply for stays of less than 16 weeks (short term residency) and are only available during June, July and August.
By submitting this application form you agree to the following declaration: I confirm that I will be a full-time student and over 18 upon my arrival. I wish to apply for a place as a resident of William Temple House, understanding that this application does not guarantee me a place. If accepted as a resident of William Temple House, I will keep to the House Rules which I have read and understood.

This is my first review of anything online and WTH truly deserves it. This is an amazing place for students to live in - hands down. The amount of attention the wardens give to the well-being of students is truly amazing. Rent is affordable and there is breakfast everyday for free! I'm happy to have lived here :)

Amazing place. Honestly one of the best decisions I've ever made in London. Met so many amazing people and had an awesome time here. Really glad I could make so many precious friendships I know I'll keep for life. The office staff and warden are just the best people you can ever ask for. Thank you WTH, for creating such a safe and friendly environment and beautiful memories for me to keep. I will miss this place so very much and of course Schweiny too. 😿

Great place for a student to start their new life in UK. Very kind,helpful and approachable wardens. Accommodation is located in a great high-end area with several priced hotels. U have a 24 hour grocery store in a walking distance. Many other shops are close by for other variaties. I lived at the house for 2 years and loved it there. I loved the area so much that every timd I make a tour to London I choose hotels/hostels within this location as it's good located. Oh u have both picadily and district line trains for easy access to both Heathrow airport and central London 😊😊
