The practice has re-opened the waiting room to a limited number of patients. The practice requests that all people entering the building wear a face covering unless you have valid reason not to. We ask that you comply with instructions given by the receptionists, as they are intended to protect yourself and others.
The practice has a zero tolerance approach to rude or aggressive behavior directed towards its staff. We request that all patients and visitors treat staff in a manner that they would wish to be treated in themselves. If you are wearing a face covering, inline with Welsh Government advice, the covering should consist of 3 layers and should be worn over the nose and mouth.

Incompetent in every sence. Rude receptionist, and the doctors HAVEN'T a CARE in the world, they just brush the problems under the carpet, instead of fixing them. So sad. My dauther had to find another Gp and we found out that the problem was easily fixed, instead of maintaining with medication.

Well, this place is more like a business rather than clinic, they will give you appoint only after 6 weeks from today under the condition that they will decide which doctor will see you, if you want to see your trusted doctor you will have to wait for longer time.
Almost all the doctors I've seen in this clinic seemed to be doing a routine day to day job without any interest in my problem, and unfortunately this isn't just my personal opinion.
When you deal with health care one of the most important things is compassion specially with people suffering from depression.

Not happy, booked an appointment for me and my children to see the nurse, when we arrived they had only booked an appointment for myself and not my children. When I asked the receptionist why this had happened all she kept saying is theres only 1 appointment made over and over again! She then asked the nurse if she could see us and was told that she could. I have no problem with the doctors and nurses but the reception staff are blunt, short and sharp. They should really have a system to confirm bookings as I didn't have any proof I had made these bookings over the phone.

Writing this to balance out the other review (which is 1 star).
I've personally had a great experience with this surgery. Every single doctor, without exception, is kind and attentive. The phlebotomist is also lovely and so are the reception staff.
Repeats are dealt with quickly.
Every now and again, appointments are a little late but then I'm well aware that doctors' surgeries all over the place are being given less relative funding for increasing demand. So overall, I'm really happy with the service given my this surgery.
Thanks, Fairwater H.C. staff.
