The place has some useful shops, but unfortunately it is on its last leg, many closed units, The Designer Outlet nearby and online shopping must be killing it, it would do with some investment and refurbishment.

Went to a gig at the station and parked there. £1 after 6. Very impressed with the town centre as a whole. A good blend of modern and old. The place has a great feel about it.

Needs a few more shops, but has all the main designer outlet's, can't say it's cheaper than else where, but good options in one place, very clean and tidy, nice atmosphere and good food options

Unfortunately like most town centre shopping precincts there are a lot of shops that are closed. However, the shops that are left including Works and Holland and Barrett are good.

Car park was closed, looks like it's permanent. Had to find alternative parking but being new to the town I couldn't find where I parked. Eventually I stumbled upon the car park. Next visit should hopefully be better

An interesting selection of shops. Contains the only public toilet in Cannock town centre. Access between the upper and lower areas of the shopping centre are by stairs, lift or escalator.

Got a great out door market the only time the town is busy is on Friday good on the market traders out doors for bringing people into cannock because the town it self has really gone down hill most of the shops shutting down looks dirty and scruffy take a look at hednesford being keeped beautiful with all the flower beds

Love cannock shopping centre, especially the cut flower stall, cannock has a wide variety of shops and is always clean and tidy in the centre, but lifts in car park area could do with a deep clean.

Most places in the world don’t have shopping centres like our for example Africa so we’re quite lucky in that sense but it could be a million times better by bringing in more new shops in and cleaning the place out so it doesn’t stink of pee!

I'm sick to death of going into the centre to find the lift broken/out of order/down for maintenance... whatever you wana call it. 9/10 It can't be used. The only option is to go all the way around and up the ramp by the bus station. Even more annoying when it's full of idiots messing around and loads of smokers you have no choice but to walk through or past them.
