Large swathes of West Brom are like the land that time forgot, dad used to say to mom let's go and see the beautiful people of West Brom, they are still there but sadly many empty stores and poor parking facilities add to the dismal experience of visiting the pride of Sandwell

Visited the shopping centre for the first time few weeks back when there was heavy rain. The centre itself is very nice, however it felt the cleaners didn’t want to be there. Felt like they had a real attitude problem. The security staff seemed to be doing all the running around being vocal making sure people were avoided any wet patches. I think… the centre could do with more cleaners, as I could only see the one. Whilst that one was dealing with the wet floor the rest of the centre had rubbish on the floor and it was unattended. I felt the security staff had more concern for the

I rate the new and improved westbrom shopping centre 5 stars. Very clean. Smart. Well dressed people. Happy faces and clean floors. Standards are going up. Staff in and around the new shopping centre are polite and well mannered. Cant complain really.

Queens Square needs more shops to come back. Lots of empty units but what's there are fab. Lots of marketing would get this place sorted.
On a separate note, although you have to pay, the toilets are now clean, bright & very much improved.

Don't have your eyebrows threaded at unique beauty!....they gave me conjunctivitis after using a dirty brush over my face n eyes!!...I'v lost work n pay over this been a week tomoz n I still can't see properly!!!!!!
