Tiny Homes Holidays
A boutique retreat of just four architect designed, off grid Tiny Homes, brought to you by the team behind Vintage Vacations. Located on the Isle of Wight, our purposefully Tiny enterprise sits in a natural meadow, adjacent to ancient woodland. This tranquil setting is perfectly placed to allow guests to completely relax and unwind in nature, whilst being just minutes from Cowes harbour town.

The ethos behind Tiny Homes Holidays is felt throughout all of our offerings. Each aspect has been designed to tread lightly on the planet whilst offering our guests honest luxury and comfort. Are you tired of standard hotels or cookie-cutter b&bs? Each of our four tiny homes has a unique charm, a perfect way to escape the normal & try the new green!
Services
After fifteen successful seasons of running one of the UK's first glamping businesses Helen & Frazer Cunningham have created Tiny Homes Holidays with the dream of taking the Glamping vibe even further to create an all year round sustainable 'Tiny Homes' Boutique Retreat village. Expect the quirkiness and ethics of a glamping break in bespoke architect designed hand crafted eco cabins.
In keeping with the Tiny Homes Holidays sustainable ethos, courses have been carefully curated by the team to be an inspirational and unique experience. Tutors are selected based on their credentials and offer an exceptionally valuable insight into their craft, passing on expertise gained from experience.
Our on-site studio is a multi-tasking space and can be set up as a blank space (approx 4.5 x 8m). Perfect for lectures, workshop, studio and demonstration. We can also organise different team building events for you - we have a great address book. Catering also available. The studio is fully accessible.
The very nature of 'Tiny' means that it may not be possible for all wheelchair users to enjoy our accommodation. We will detail the interior and exterior aspects of each house within a detailed online access statement so that guests will be able to decide for themselves but it would be misleading to state that our Tiny Homes are suitable for wheelchairs.
Tiny Homes Holidays was founded on a desire to create a slower and more mindful holiday experience. Tiny Homes recognises that it has a responsibility to the environment beyond legal requirements. Environmental impact was of the utmost importance when designing each tiny home.

Measures such as solar panels, eco toilets, log burners and reed bed filtration plus environmentally sustainable insulation methods were included to make the tiny homes as energy efficient as possible, whilst still providing a comfortable stay.Local materials were used where possible and where possible are recycled.

A nice, quiet retreat. Composting toilets take a bit to get used to. Beautiful atmosphere and wonderful people. Good for a short stay, not much else to do at the site itself

3 night break in Aug in Silva and then in Kindred for IOW Festival. Fantastic unique and very comfortable accomodation and so so peaceful, with really friendly helpful owners. You will not be disappointed.

The tiny homes are are absolutely perfect and very thoughtfully made to support the environment. They are beautifully stocked with everything you would need for a holiday there and beautifully clean. The homemade Brownies were utterly amazing.
My friend and I had an incredibly relaxing long weekend at the tiny homes and the customer service from Helen was amazing from the run-up to, during and after the trip. We are definitely coming here again and I am highly recommending them to all my friends.

I stayed in Silva and had a great time, would definitely recommend!!
I went out of season (and during covid restrictions!) So a lot of the other great things they have to offer such as classes etc. wasn't available, but it was still a really peaceful and enjoyble weekend escape without it. I also really like what they're trying to achieve with a more sustainable holiday venue, so you have to be willing to embrace that.
All in all, I was very happy with my choice of accommodation and I'm sure most people would love it too!

Absolutely perfect in every way. Only negative is that we didn't stay for longer! Helen was so welcoming and has created such a wonderful off grid oasis here. Like a TARDIS the tiny home Kindred that we stayed in certainly felt much bigger on the inside and was so comfortable and relaxing at the end of a couple of very long days exploring the island. If you're thinking of booking somewhere else I urge you not to!

I have been following the progress of tiny homes on Instagram since day 1! Just had the chance to stay here and all I can say is it's absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend it to anyone, the owners are lovely and the homes are too.
Parkhurst forest is just on the corner and would reccomend taking a walk through there.

These magical, cosy little houses seem so much bigger than they are. A beautiful, peaceful location; and the fun of living "off the grid" without any of the inconvenience. Highly recommended.

Really nice place to stay, had a great weekend taking away my liddle cousins and plenty of running around to do and outside BBQ. Was a little weird not flushing a toilet but all part of the wild experience.
