My name is Francesca Williams and I began learning the Piano from the age of 7 where I was born and raised in North East Lincolnshire. I studied Classical Music and Music Technology at A Level, before being offered a place at the prestigious conservatoire, Leeds College of Music. There I achieved a Foundation Degree in Music & Sound for the Moving Image, and a First Class BA (Hons) Degree in Music Production, majoring in Composition.
I've taught privately and in several well-established Music Schools around West Yorkshire, and in Summer 2017 set up my own dedicated teaching studios in Rodley, Leeds. As well as teaching, I'm also a Composer and occasionally perform as a live session musician playing Keys in bands with whom I've performed live on BBC Radio.

Services
The Bitesize Piano Course has been mindfully crafted by myself based on my knowledge and experience as a Pianist and Teacher. From when I first began teaching Piano, I've always felt that existing books I was utilising had elements which either could have been explained more effectively, or the order in which topics are introduced were illogical.
Everyone has different learning types, abilities, interests and goals; I believe in teaching each individual in respect of these factors. I have experience in teaching students with Autism and ADHD, and use a range of learning/teaching methods such as games, drawing music on whiteboards and singing, to help students thoroughly understand and engage with various topics.
I create a wide variety of useful video Piano tutorials on Youtube, which are also to help with my students' progression and practise between lessons. I don't teach in student's homes due to limited availability; I can fill the time it takes me to travel with other students. I have all the equipment/materials required readily available in both of my teaching studios.
