The dream began after Justin and Diana met in the lobby of the Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino in downtown Las Vegas in the summer of 2010. Over the years, Justin began researching the origins of coffee, the importance of freshness and the impact of water quality in a great tasting cup of joe. Diana was busy looking for possible sites for a shop and learning more about the hospitality industry in the U.K.
We believe that coffee tastes best within 24 hours; we want to get the freshest coffee quickly into your hands, so you can enjoy the peak flavours and healthy benefits that coffee provides. We start each day at 6:00am to perfect our craft. Our in-house roaster is called The Artisan 3e energy efficient, fluid bed coffee roaster.
You might say Californians are serious about wine and relaxed about everything else. Well, maybe not everything else: from a thriving technology industry to revolutionary green farming, we work hard and innovate constantly. The concept of Biodynamics started in the 1920's with an Austrian philosopher named Rudolph Steiner.

Will definitely be coming back! Great cocktails, food and coffee (we went on a Saturday). The staff were great, particularly the two waiters last night (a blonde haired woman & a dark haired man) were amazing to us. They fit us in very last minute & the guy gave us free coffees for having to move us to the window when a reservation came in. It was fab, really lovely & cosy too.

Love the vibe, the staff, and the espresso martini.
Nice modern feel which is fresh and always clean, this goes for the food as well, medium-sized menu all done well, not trying to do to much, but what they do is very tasty.
The two owners are super attentive and always ready to help if needed and never miss a chance to say hi in there unique ways, been here many times for a snack, meetings, lunch, dinner and even this week my birthday celebrations.
If you want service with a smile and food that hits the spot you will find this in Altrincham at " Calafonia Coffee and Wine" see you again soon
