We are a small group of nurseries covering the Rugby area, with a consistently warm, caring and nurturing approach to childcare across all our sites. All our nurseries adopt the Wellingtons ethos, with neutral colours and easily accessible resources for children of all ages. We offer a warm, cosy and engaging environment with decorations and displays frequently updated to present the children's work and achievements.
As children progress through the nursery they have greater possibilities for independence; from selecting their own toys, to choosing when to go outside and helping serve snacks and cold drinks. We welcome families from all nationalities, in fact several of our staff speak multiple languages.

Services
Regent Place nursery is our largest site - due to continued growth we have expanded into our adjoining property and can now offer up to 70 places across all age groups. The nursery has benefited from lots of recent investment, with areas especially suited for messy play and arts & crafts, and fantastic secure all-weather gardens with its multi use decking, mud kitchen and fabulous pirate ship!
Established in 2013, our Bilton Road nursery is situated in the old church hall, remodelled to provide a wonderful bright, open-plan area for the children, allowing them to interact across age groups yet still providing age-appropriate care. We are very proud of the fantastic outside space here - the children have a large lawned garden containing plenty of play equipment to improve gross motor skills.
Our Lawford Lane nursery offering term time only provision and is located in a quiet residential area. We have a self-contained preschool with its own outside area alongside a purpose-built outdoor classroom. The baby and toddler rooms in the bungalow are cosy and welcoming for the younger child. All rooms are light, bright and airy with areas tailor-made for each age group.
A fun and friendly atmosphere is created within our nursery environments, based on warm and caring relationships between our nursery staff and the children for whom they are responsible. Our wonderful staff encourage, support and join in your child's spontaneous play alongside their own planned activities.
In addition to inspection by Ofsted, Wellingtons assures its quality through internal continuous improvement programmes. Partnerships with parents are strong. Parents share positive views about an online system that the nursery uses for sharing information about their children's achievements. Staff create a welcoming environment.

Gutted Corey missed the last 5 months of nursery due to Covid, felt like it was a really important time for him before starting school. Massive thankyou to Pre School at Regent and Vanessa for working so closely with Corey and really bringing him out of his shell and working on his speech with him! Fantastic nursery 💛💚💙💜❤🧡

My little boy started Wellingtons PAVILION nursery September 2018. He was very reluctant to leave me those first few weeks, and was shy around new faces. But with the amazing care and time given to him by the staff he took to them so well. He now is so happy to go to nursery, loves going in and usually with a huge smile on his face and stories to… tell the staff.
During his time at nursery he has progressed well in all areas, especially in his talking, sharing and making friends. Georgina and her staff have been nothing but amazing sharing his progress, keeping us informed on activities

Today is my son’s last day Wellingtons Regent & we’re both devastated. From our first look around we fell in love & these past few years have been an absolute pleasure. It’s honestly like leaving Harry with family, the love & compassion runs amazingly alongside the incredible guidance from a baby to big boy who’s about to start school. Thank you so much to everyone at Wellingtons, we’ll forever keep you in our hearts

Following a meeting to deal with my son's behaviour problems at nursery they have not tried in any way to deal with the problem there option to dealing with it is sending my son home this nursery has had a lack of discipline with my child and a lack of care he's came out with dirty nappies, filthy clothes even when spares have been provided. he's… came out soaking wet head to toe and they deem this ok for him to be returned to his parents like this. I would not recommend this nursery to anybody as when faced with a problematic child there answer is to simply dismiss him not help deal with
