Services
If you've fallen ill, call us from 8am and we will assess you for an urgent same day appointment. You can send requests for your medications and check their status online through Patient Access. We strongly recommend you register for our online services to manage your appointments and prescription requests.
Whether you are unable to work, planning a holiday or applying for a life insurance policy, we provide a range of NHS and non-NHS services. Most of the services that we provide are free of charge because they are funded by the NHS. There are some services that the NHS does not fund and so we have to charge fees for these.
The reception team will know how to guide you to the most appropriate type of appointment. Here is some information about what we offer. In these appointments, we might check that your medication is still appropriate for you, and still the best treatment available. We might also ask you questions about your lifestyle and give you advice about how to keep your condition under control.

Ignore the below absoulte joke this place is the worst pratice doctors are good depending on who you get receptionst are the worst ask what its for then they decide wheter they think its an emergency 🤣🤣 not even trained to be doctor and think they know everything and ohone manner is the worst all my tax paying money for this JOKE OF A NHS AND CANT EVRN GET MY CHILD SEEN WOULD NOT GO TO THIS DOCTORS GET GOVERMRNT FUNDED FOR ALL PATIENTS YET ONLY A QUARTER OF THEM ARE SEEN

This doctors is a shambles. Been wating for a referal for my son for 18 months so I decided to go in to the practice only to be told that they had Referred him to the wrong place and he's been waiting for nothing what a joke.This isn't the first time this has happened as I my self have had to Change my Dr due to negligence I was suspected of having a heart diseases and this doctors faild at every step by not making the correct Referrals it took them 18 months to even set up an mri scan .I would advise anyone who is thinking of using this Drs to avoid at all cost they truly are a sad excuse for

I never like leaving negative reviews but this needs saying. I joined the surgery just over two months ago and they have failed to send my prescription to the local pharmacy twice now. I suffer with chronic back pain and require medications to alleviate it.
Dr Walton is a good, competent professional (and is the reason I've given three stars) so the issue is not with him. The issue seems to stem from whoever's responsible for sending prescriptions to the chemists online.
I have moved recently so will be glad to try a new surgery.

If, after arguing with the receptionist for half an hour, you are given an appointment then you have 3 weeks to wait. The common jargon is phone at 8am for "an emergency" appointment, isn't A & E for emergencies?
They never have enough staff despite the service provider having enough money. Something is drastically wrong with this practice! I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone.
