Always had good service and very happy with doctors nurses and staff. Only reason 4stars and not 5 is due to difficulty getting through on the phone at the moment but there is a pandemic on. Good work everyone and thank you for carrying on in difficult circumstances.

The worst practice ever. Receptionists very rude, don't care at all, shouldn't be working with patients.

Everytime I have to make an appointment it takes at least 1 h of staying on the phone. Today after 1h10min I got through to their phone, to be on hold or in a queue and after another 15 min I was hung up by them. I do not recommend this practice, I will be looking to change asap because I cannot afford that my 2 year old not getting the care that she is in need of because you cannot make appointments. Very very disappointing!!!!!

On this occasion I was pleased with the care I received for my 3yr old. I contacted surgery numerous of times at 8am (to be expected), I eventually got through to a very helpful lady at reception, provided her with my child’s symptoms and she asked me if I could go to the surgery now, I got there within 10 minutes. I was seen straight away by Dr Brady (a wonderful Dr of many years), he completed the necessary checks and gave me a prescription. I can honestly say I already have noticed a difference within 48hrs, my child is eating, interacting and back to their active self. The Dr’s at this

If I could give -5 starts, I Would! The worse medical centre ever. I have been trying to get an appointment for over a week and I can't. I really need an appointment to get a sick note but the only thing theybsay is "try tomorrow at 8 o'clock". You ring at 8 o'clock they don't even pick the phone.
You really need to improve your service.
I will look for another GP that can actually see me when I need it!

I rang the surgery 178 times from 8:30 to 9:30 to make an appointment for a 6 months old baby!!! All calls are forwarded to a busy line! If you go into the clinic they are telling you to call the line number! Where's the logic in this case!
Unbelievable!

If i could give 0 I would. Used to be a great place as a child. Had so many problems recently that I've had to taken hospital for because I've rang here for the while week prior and got no answer. Was ringing today about a sharp heart/lung pain from 8am till 11:45, finally got through, and they told me to ring at 8am which I did... I wouldn't trust these with my life, anyone thinking about coming here, find somewhere else that cares.

The doctors are nurses are amazing help in any way they can the problem I find is the reception sometimes they don’t listen or there’s a massive queue you should be ringing 50-60 times before getting through
