Services
At North Walkden we shape our history curriculum to ensure it is fully inclusive to every child. Our aims are to fulfil the requirements of the National Curriculum for History; providing a broad, balanced and differentiated curriculum that encompasses the British Values throughout; ensuring the progressive development of historical concepts, knowledge and skills; and for the children to study life in the past.
My name is Mrs Conaghan and I am the nursery teacher, our teaching assistant's are Miss Ward and Miss McCrae. We are here to help you and your child with any support or concerns you may have about school. Please come to us with regards to anything, if we can help you we will!. Each year, we teachers start out so hopeful and excited to begin the new journey with your child. We come in with hopes and dreams of what the year will be like - and all of those visions include good things for your child. Whilst we are willing to put in the effort, the hours, the creativity, the enthusiasm - having your support results in your child's overall success!
