Mobile Vet Services
I, Dr Annette Randall, qualified as a veterinary surgeon at The Royal Veterinary College, University of London. I was the first mobile vet in South London and North Kent. During the weekends and holiday times, I have another branch at Camber Sands, East Sussex. I have been caring for pets in need in the comfort of their own home for the past 15 years.

I run an exclusively mobile service and have access to 24-hour surgical care if required. I think it's dangerous to be advised over the internet. There is no substitute for a personal talk over the telephone, and there is certainly no substitute for your pet being examined in your home - day or night - by a qualified veterinary surgeon.
Services
We will attend to any animal in distress as is humanly possible. We look after our own patients out of hours and other animals from different practices across South London and the South-East of England, when those vet practices are closed out of hours. If the problem can be treated medically, we can deal with everything in your home.
Mobile Vet Services was initially set up to help disabled owners who were unable to take their pet to the vet. We all like to hear, first hand, what's wrong with our pet, and hearing second hand from someone who has been good enough to take your pet to the vet for you, is just not the same experience.
Dr Annette Randall BVETMED DMS MRCVS has a particular interest in complementary therapies and has had good results with acupuncture and laser therapy, so she offers this as part of her mobile vet services. Acupuncture and laser therapy can be used for a wide variety of conditions as with humans. The main reason for its use in animals is for pain relief, in addition to conventional treatment or as a replacement.
Before I became a vet, I was a pet owner, and I remember the dreaded day when my pets became old. You realise time is limited but the hardest decision for any pet owner is to love them enough to let them go. My aim is to keep each animal as free of pain as possible, and when the time comes, to put them to sleep with dignity in their own favourite place at home.

Thank you for the kind and careful way you looked after our Boxer dog Dixie at the end of her life, it helped us a lot, the cremation you organized was first class, the Boxer statue is lovely.
Thank you.

I cannot reccomend highly enough. Dr Annette and Sandra were able to come out promptly to visit one of my very shy cats. They were both very professional, kind and caring. They gave my cat a thorough check and made sure I understood what care she needed going forward. They were both very helpful and gave me the confidence that my cat was having the best care in her home environment without the need for a stressful trip to a vet. Thank you both.

I first contacted Dr Randall during the Covid lockdown as I was worried my 16 year old poorly border collie Blew would require euthanasia at some point and I knew my own veterinary hospital would not come to my home.
Dr. Randall, accompanied by her lovely assistant ended up coming to my home to treat Blew with acupuncture and laser therapy which worked successfully for several months giving me 6 more months with my beloved Blew. During this period we formed a friendship. Two weeks ago I eventually had to say goodbye to Blew and Dr Randall helped Blew over to the Rainbow Bridge with care, compassion

Thankyou to both ladies who came to our home in the early hours of the morning to lay our dog to rest.
They made my partner feel at ease and calmed him down and spoke with him and our dog for at least 30 minutes before any procedures even started.
Both very polite, kind, patient and showed a lot of empathy and compassion towards my partner and our beloved dog Ollie.
I can't thank them enough for the way in which they handled and dealt with such a distressing situation.
Ollie was laid to rest peacefully.
I really recommend this service to all.
Thankyou!
