Took both my cats for annual boosters back in June during pandemic. Queued up in car park with others and staff came out after a short while and collected the cats to take inside the practice. Came out when finished and took payment in car park. Staff then answered my queries and ensured the cats vaccination books were documented. Uncertain whether they were knowledgeable about Ragdoll cats weights but said one was overweight but I know his weight is normal for that breed. Was happy with the safety procecures put in place but as we had only just changed vets it was daunting to leave them and not
