We create a secure, safe and stimulating environment that encourages the children to play, explore and learn through exciting activities that children enjoy. We are passionate in nurturing our children to use their imaginations through creative exploration.
While your child is at Pre-School, they are at the Early Years Foundation Stage of their education. The curriculum for children at the foundation stage is divided into four themes, which express important Principles underpinning effective practice in the care, development and learning of young children.
This is how our typical day at Pre-School looks. Although routine is important for our children, we appreciate that sometimes things need to be adapted so we offer a flexible routine. Changes are sometimes made, for example, if we have a special event or a visitor. Fresh water is accessible to the children throughout the session.
Pirton Pre-School recognises that parents are the first and most important educators of their children. All the staff see themselves as co-workers with you in providing care and education for your child. Regular e-mails are sent to parents/carers detailing what activities we will be doing with the children, general news and useful dates for your diary.
Our fees are currently 5.65 per hour for children over the age of 3. For children under 3, our fees are 7.15 per hour. Invoices are raised during the first week of each half term and payment is required within 14 days. Children aged 3 and over are eligible to receive government funding to cover the fees for 15 hours a week.
