Paul and the team at RP Technologies are great to deal with and work hard to get a good understanding of what you're trying to achieve with the parts they've been asked to make, rather than just diving straight into cutting moulds.
Communication through the design phase of a project is good, the quality of their tools is on a par with much more expensive tools and the mouldings that they make are first class.
Our recent example: Our project involved moulding large diameter BSP threads into 2 mating parts that screwed together. RP weren't happy with the female threaded parts they'd moulded at

I have had many prototype tools made at RP. The service you get from RP from quotation to supply of parts is very professional and speedy. They tailor their service to your needs and very rarely miss any dead-lines, usually only if it is things out of their control such as modifications . Working with The MD Paul Roe & the project engineers is very easy & always a fast response to questions or requests. Overall RP give an excellent service for rapid prototyping & small volume production.

I have had a lot of interaction with RP through email, phone and on site visits and have always found them very good to work with. They have extensive knowledge of injection moulding being able to advise me on design work and design for mould-ability. In the past I have had trouble working with mould makers and injection moulders who blame each other for their own problems. RP offer all this so all accountability is with them which just simplifies the process. They have always delivered on time and have been very flexible with us when needed. All in all great service and great company
