The recent investment in an injection moulding facility, now fully operational, has presses ranging in size from 100T to 600T, with automated processes to ensure precise and efficient production.As well as compression, and injection moulding capabilities, MTM also provides a wide range of post-moulding operations, including paint spraying, and assembling of kits.

Specifically designed to facilitate the replacement of metal components with composite materials. Compression moulding is a low, medium, and high-volume, high pressure plastic moulding method that is suitable for moulding complex, high strength components. MTM has many years' experience in helping customers develop new applications, saving both time and money by replacing metal with composite materials.
MTM Ltd are best known as compression moulders but more recently we have invested heavily into injection moulding. This investment utilises the most up-to-date moulding technology producing optimum cycle times and yielding low unit costs. Additionally, we have also invested in robotics to maximise output and machine utilization, which, once again, serves to reduce unit cost and speed of output.
MTM's paint spraying facility gives it the ability to coat components with a wide spectrum of surface finishes to automotive standard. Assembling, and kitting of components can be carried out at MTM, thereby optimising supply chain management, and reducing the customer's overall costs.
