Counterplas provides a product assembly service ranging from sub-assemblies within cycle to the manufacture of complete products. With our team of product assembly experts, we have the experience and flexibility to tailor the assembly to your product's specific requirements. We compare the feasibility of assembly at press side with the benefits of using a dedicated plastic product assembly expert.
We play a vital role in getting your injection moulded products ready for the consumer market. We make sure that they are properly 'decorated' - logos, branding, safety instructions and product IDs - and customer-ready. Although functional, plastic part printing can add or take away from the final quality factor.
For the ultimate seal between injection plastic moulded components, you need our ultrasonic welding. Using ultrasound creates a powerful seal and the components are annealed after welding to prevent stresses and weaknesses. We provide this service for a wide range of applications that demand the toughest of welds, such as brake fluid chambers for the automotive sector and specialist mouth-to-mouth resuscitation products.
For maximum convenience and efficiency we can test the components and assemblies on-site - cutting out another unnecessary link in your production chain. At Counterplas we use a range of standard and product bespoke testing equipment to offer the complete service. Test procedures currently include resistance, earth leakage, PAT, Flash and PCB calibration.

I used to work there for a couple of years. One of the best companies I have ever experienced. It was just me beeing unrescpetcful and I left without a word of explanation. Anyway i would like to recommend Counterplas to anyone. To work with and also to doing business with. Guys, thanks for teaching me a lot of stuff and help i recieved from you also.
