Our target is to continually improve the financial stability of the Company to enhance our security for the benefit of customers, employees and shareholders. Fern was established in Fern Road, Wolverhampton in 1959 and we have been expanding our site in Macrome Road since 1979. The Company is privately owned by the Directors.

Light and easy work. But it's a job with no stability. Ive been trained for one position, after been moving around all factory and doing different jobs. The company asking for a detail view and accuracy. Could not understand how it is possible to do that by changing jobs every day. Sometimes other workers ambitions went over. Good work atmosphere. Not so many hours.

I used to work there when I was a young girl, but we had to move house, and because it was to far away I had to leave, I was called lily burns then oh happy days they were, and to see its still going I can't believe it, I just had to email you and ask for a job, I've been with my other company for 46 years but they made me redundant Nov, I know I'm now in some bosses eyes way to old, but believe me I've got a few years left to give you all I have, I would love to work for you if you would have me, I think I would cry my eyes out that somebody wanted an old goat like me, please think about it â
