We collected our 6 month old puppy Bear this morning after his first kennel stay (5 days) and we were really worried as he has separation anxiety but he looked like he loved it. He’s now snoring away in the car during our 5 hour drive back home. I was probably being the annoying owner ringing all the time to check on him but they reassured me he was absolutely fine, will definitely be using Jaycliffe again!

Proper dog people, I have left my show miniature schnauzers with Karen and her team many times. This is the only place I will place them if I really need too. They love going and come back happy and well exercised and their coats worked and furnishings shampooed and conditioned and maintained to perfection.
Very good priced, HIGH quality service!
As a fellow groomer, all I can say is I can't believe how low their prices are on the grooming front. Way way behind industry standard rates! I charge way more!

I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else to be groomed. My dogs always come home happy & looking and smelling amazing. Once they picked up on something I had missed & politely told me one of my pooches was starting with an ear infection. I was thankful they did as I sorted it straight away. They are accommodating if I need to change appointments. Thank you! I didn’t realise until lockdown how much I appreciate what you do having tried to do a DIY groom! Never again!

We used Jaycliffe Kennels for the first time this summer. Our 10 year old boxer dog had her first ever kennels stay! I was a little worried about how she would be having never stayed in kennels before. But she seemed to have a lovely time.
Karen was very friendly and welcoming.
They had good measures in place for drop off and collection (due to covid 19).
Will definitely use again and recommend.

Although I live over 30 minutes away I was recommended this kennel for my dog and after getting him back yesterday I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to others. He came back happy and contented so that's a bonus, I asked if the kennels could keep him for an extra day and it was no problem. Very happy and will definitely be using this company again to care for my dog.

Took my dog to Jaycliffe for the first time on Friday to be groomed and they were amazing with him. Buddy is not an easy dog and can sometimes be aggressive but the ladies succeeded where others have failed in getting his coat cut. No excessive force or punishment was used at any point just respect for and careful handling of him. I can’t praise them enough. Well done ladies. Very very friendly atmosphere too

Great kennels and grooming, we have taken our 2 dogs there for many years now and it is like a second home for them. They are always excited to visit and it is great to see the staff's interactions with my dogs when we drop them off. The owner Karen and her family are professional and friendly and we always feel at ease leaving our pets in their care.

Great kennels, the best Ive seen, and the most caring staff. My dog Bella's a handful... but I know she's in good hands. I wouldn't trust her with anyone else :)
Anyway, what other dog cries to GO with them and cries to GO BACK with them when they bring her home hah! She loves it.
