We have large, secure paddocks so all our guests have individual play time with us and exercise tailored to their needs. We take care to give personal attention to each of our guests. Our trained staff take care of any special diets or medications. For our residential boarding guests we can offer an optional collection and/or drop off service.
Our prices start at just 5 each way for up to 2 miles, and 50p per mile thereafter. We stock a range of high quality designer beds, toys and accessories. We source most major dog food brands and frozen raw food for collection at prices that often beat major online retailers. We have 7 dogs. 4 Border Collies, 1 Springer Spaniel and 2 Working Cocker spaniels.

Services
Boarding fees are charged by the night. Dogs must be collected by 12 noon, or additional charges may apply (see When do I have to collect my dog?). However, if you need a longer stay your dog can check out between 1pm and 5pm for an additional late checkout charge of 7 per kennel. We ask that you call beforehand to book an appointment so we can ensure a member of staff is on hand.

We too were worried about leaving our Westie after having a bad experience with a previous boarding kennels.
Wow, how wrong were we - everyone who works there absolutely love dogs and nothing is too much trouble.
They looked after Toke brilliantly, he was a shy dog before he went but with all the attention and walks and love he was given he really came out of himself.
He couldn't wait to stay at Holmewood. It meant we could enjoy our holiday in the knowledge that Toke would be having a ball! Thankyou Holmewood you are first class plus. Would recommend you to anyone.

Andrea and James were absolutely fantastic the first time we took our 4 year old chocolate labrador Toby.. He had just suffered a spinal injury and was paralysed at the time, and they treat him like their own.… We have taken him back twice now and they are great. Toby loves going and they are such animal people that we know we can trust them and our boy will be well looked after every time.

Another fab holiday for our two fur babies at Holmewood! They have come home looking amazing and so happy (plus a few extra pounds the both of them lol). It’s very clear to see they have been extremely well… treated and looked after by everyone who works here. Cannot recommend this place enough for your beloved dogs! Amazing and friendly staff who genuinely care for your dogs. Thank you all so much, we are thrilled to have both Pepper & Freddie back at home with us now xx

Would recommend without question, the kennels are clean and well looked after and the care and attention Andrea and James give the dogs is first class, my dog loves going and is always excited to get out the car. It's a working kennels that concentrates on what matters, making their guests comfortable. All that work there, love dogs and put them first. Great people with a great business.

If it were possible, I would not rate it at all. The service was horrendous and off putting; when we politely asked to see where they would be staying they refused abruptly - "If you don't trust us, don't leave them with us." Hardly a positive impression to give customers and a very childish, ignorant reply. It would have been more understandable if their response was put more eloquently. Their relationship with customers was appalling; when we expressed our concern at not knowing what the kennels looked like (having been unaware that we could do this and having little time on our schedule to do
