Currently moving house. Doing it all alone which is a first for me. The proactive and professional guidance and assistance I am receiving from Marcus of Fine Homes Property is second to none. I would have liked to say he goes above and beyond but reading the other comments it’s all been said before. I like the fact that he takes the time to get to know his vendors/purchasers and their homes and he can always be reached (something often unheard of in the business). The fact that it is his own, local, company is reflected in the pride and effort which he displays.

We moved agents, & after carefully considering our options, chose Marcus of Fine Homes. The difference between our previous agent & Marcus was chalk & cheese.
Marcus was responsive from the get go, gave us regular updates even if there wasn't much to provide, but it gave us complete confidence he was on the case, & exploring all possibilities to sell our home, which he did within 4 weeks!

I bought a property through fine homes, Marcus was professional throughout and very responsive. He was also proactive in keeping all parties (including the mortgage broker) active which helped push the process along. He even offered to bring the keys to me on the day of exchange. Very competent and I have much more confidence in Fine Homes than some other estate agents. In the future when I come to sell I will be in contact with Fine Homes as I was impressed throughout the buying process.
