Would give 0 stars if possible - was told they were selling our flat so we were told to vacate to find they were renting for a higher price - no help in finding somewhere and usually have to wait a week to get a response despite calling and leaving messages. Was also told we would be taken to court if we didn't pay out last month's rent in FULL even though we were only there for 2 of the weeks. Were then told we wouldn't get the refund until they found new tenants but do not have any lined up - losing £400 until who knows when.

A friend just moved to study for her PHD in the UK, contacted the agency and this is what she gets from a member of their team.
“You have been calling for the past three days, requesting to view apartments, I told you yesterday all of our viewing agents are busy, but it seems you are going to keep calling so I’m going to be up straight with you! We can’t rent you any of our properties because from your accent I can tell you won’t be able to afford any of our let”. She was so upset by the experience. I have nothing but positive things to say about Thomas Connolly, especially about Chris and his team. They have been extremely professional, knowledgeable, and speedy in getting me a tenant. They took over from another agency that took 1 month to get me 2 viewings. Chris and his team not only managed to advertise my flat and get me several viewings in a few days but they also managed to find me a tenant for my flat within a week! Fantastic efficiency wrapped in excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them!

AVOID AVOID AVOID 1 star as no option for zero.
Neglected dangerous repairs with water running into electrics.. Notified and repaired leak however; no repair or attention to electrics sitting in water. Moved out and requested maintenance log and refused to hand over. Now with Trading Standards. They are very aggressive and will ignore you. Very arrogant. Now following process to address this through the right channels.
Much better out there. Refused to handover information relating to rent for deposit. Many reviews describe issues with arrogance and deposits.What do you expect when this was the
