Having worked for the same company a few years ago, I chose Jo Douglas at Kings Estate agents to sell my fathers property when he sadly passed away. It was very emotional time for us but Jo was understanding, sensitive and took a lot of the strain away. When negotiating the offer it was all about getting us the best price and the best buyer. The sale was pretty easy until the last week, when things became a little strained due to another well known agent in the area failing to provide the correct information(lying basically!) .
