Just completed on my house sale and used these guys as a recommendation, services were competitively priced compared to other agents in the area but this didn't compromise on the service. We dealt with Sally Melton an office manager based away from my local branch and she was absolutely fantastic, she was professional, polite, calm and reassuring when things needed to be done they got done. Will definitely use these guys again in the future.

If you are selling your property with Inspired i would consider changing your agent. I have made several enquiries re. a property, was told someone would get back to me - 2 days later i'm still waiting. My wife made the same enquiry to attempt to get something positive, same result. If you don't communicate with me i can't make a purchase.

We used inspired to sell two properties. Both were multi agency and they successfully sold one, only just missed out on the other. The whole team were fantastic. Particularly Michael and Sally. These were our vendor’s agents and we found they were much more proactive than our selling agents. We particularly found that Michael was very helpful when dealing with the initial purchase and subsequent viewings and Sales Co-ordinator, Sally, was on the ball, ensuring the process moved as swiftly as possible. We would use them in the future if we ever moved again.

Critical: Professionalism
I found the agent Sally very rude and unprofessional at a viewing for a rental this evening. I was not happy with the overall viewing... Too many people were also in the house and a 2 meter distance was impossible.... Even the estate agent never followed the social distancing rules.

I highly recommend Inspired they are very helpful, professional and personable.
