One of the great things about Hypnotherapy is that not only do the clients enjoy fast and appreciable gains in their specific issues but through the relaxation and control gained within sessions there is often a more holistic sense of control and understanding in their life as a whole. Contrary to popular belief, fed on by television shows and stage shows, you do not lose control of your will when you are in the famous 'trance' state.
David has combined his own sporting experience (including rugby, racing downhill mountain bikes and BMX racing, skiing, karate, golf and more) with a study of the human mind and physiology. He has a diploma in sports psychology along with his clinical hypnotherapy diploma and a number of years experience in all these areas.

Positive thought is one of the most important aspects of any mind set. If you can speak to yourself always in a way that looks for what you want (rather than what you don't want) then you have no space left for the negatives. If you find yourself thinking negatively make it a challenge to find something positive to counter it.
