The Practice is situated in an attractive conservation area of Kilmarnock, overlooking the Howard Park, and has ramp access for patients with disabilities. Car parking is on Dundonald Road. Please do not park across the entrances to the forecourt. Blue badge holders should check parking regulations for the meters in Dundonald Road with Ayrshire Roads Alliance.
The rear car park is for Clinical Staff only. We welcome new patients to the Practice and encourage them to read the information on this website and to contact our staff if they have any questions about any aspects of our service.

Services
There are many services available to help you to stay healthy. Some of these services can be accessed directly (see below), and for others you need to be registered with a GP Practice (Surgery). When you wish to consult a GP about your medical condition, you need to contact the Surgery with which you are registered to arrange to be seen.
The Practice Manager manages all of the business aspects of the Practice such as making sure that the right systems and the right people are in place, at the right time, in order to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises, equipment and IT (information technology).
The Practice closes for lunch between 12:30 - 1:30pm and we only accept URGENT calls during this time. We participate in Ayrshire & Arran Health Board's Protected Learning Training Sessions, closing for a half day per month. Posters are displayed at the front entrance to inform patients and urgent cover is provided by NHS 24/ADOC.
When the practice is closed, there is an out of hours' emergency medical service available at all times. This service is meant for urgent and emergency problems and should not be used to avoid the inconvenience of consulting during the day. If you need out of hours help, you should telephone 111 which is a free-phone number nationwide.
We can assure teenagers that confidentiality will be maintained if aged 12-16, and they ask to keep details of their consultations confidential or if they consult us about potentially sensitive issues. Sexual health advice is available, as is advice on other issues such as depression, drugs, alcohol and self-harm and we can advise teenagers about emergency contraception if required.
