Services
An initial assessment will be free for the first 20 minutes. This will give you an opportunity to discuss any issues you have and to set up a session via telephone or by video. We can talk through confidentiality issues and help you to achieve an outcome that is meaningful and relevant to you. The aim of counselling is to provide you, the client with a confidential opportunity to explore personal and relational issues in safety.
