Looks a real dump from the outside...and has a big advert outside touting for NHS key worker business... they deserve a palace... not a very poor quality youth hostel...

Shower didn't work properly and didn't hang on the wall.
Bed too small.
No hot breakfast.
Bathroom door difficult to open and shut.
Too much furniture in the room.
E & L missing from the wall outside.

Friendly efficient service. Clean simple room. It is a little budget hotel and delivers what is expected for like £50/night.

Five-star rating for a one-star hotel. It's everything I could ask for - private room with my own bathroom. The television, DVD player, and fridge were added bonuses that I don't need but would surely be of use to others. I'm very happy with what I've got for the price.

Five years of weekly experience staying at this hotel. Friendly customer care, neat rooms and affordable. Quiet neighbourhood, near to tube station and anywhere in London. I recommend for family visiting London too.

I think this is a good hotel for this money. 7 km from the center of London, 10 minutes from the Tube station. Not far away is the hypermarket. Adequate staff. Small rooms (Sitting on the toilet can wash your hair in the shower :) ), big bed, nice breakfast. There is WI-FI. Perfect for the young people. I would go back there again.
